it was good going bbq-ing and beaching with the family.
just staring at the timelessness of the sea and the sky was therapy for the mind. feels good to get away from things once in a while.
swimming in the sea was even better for the weary soul. times of refreshing and peace.
just love the tranquility of the seaside. too bad we couldn't stay for the sunset..wind was getting too strong for my parents.
i'm now black. skip the red lobster part. just black.
also, it was GREAT seeing everybody at church today, gawsh i've missed you good people. :)

Mel : (standing and confused) what?
Rick : Rise!!
Mel : but....I'M STANDING UP! ><
Rick : BAHAHAHAHA.
Mel : -___-"
Rick : Look, Mel. I'm feeling all Christmassy today!! (shows me his shirt with red and green colored patterns)
Mel : Oh oh! Me too, me too! (shows him my red converse flaps and my green t-shirt)
Rick : Hee. I'm a Christmas tree!! ....and you're a Christmas shrub.
Mel : Pfft.
he later changed it to Christmas weed..but i insisted on being a flower instead.
it's been a good day. :)
