sta : coz right, i'm so good at dressing you up, and mummy's so good at make up and stuff
mel : ...so i just go out and get the good grades is it? -.-
sta : ahaha, ya. ...ehh wait, no. you make us proud and bring a guy home!

on her birthday morning..

mel : *hugs sta* here, hug from sam..
sta : aiya miss, you fail la, you too small!





i treated her to a zinger meal yesterday for lunch..


sta : how much i owe you ah? 8.95?
mel : er..aiya, no need la
sta : ha? is this my bday treat?
mel : *thinks eh? oh ya hor, why not?* oh, yah. this is your bday treat
sta : HArRrR?! aiyaaaaa
mel : what what? bday treat not good meh?
sta : aiyaaa i pay you back 8.95 you treat me to smth else cann?!
mel : ah? like what?
sta : like...the royal show!! or...a movie!! or..
mel : ahh? aiya, no need la. kfc lunch enough..
sta : haaaa? aiya, if i knew this was a treat i'd have ordered the twister..more expensive..

while we were waiting in line at Sizzler's..


sta : man, i really wanna learn how to dance
mel : learn la.
sta : howw?! see, i couldnt even take dancing this yearr
mel : oh, er, self learn la! you always youtube anyways.
sta : nooo, its not the same..
mel : aiya, dont worry, there'll be chances..like, in uni. got dance clubs n stuff..
sta : mm.. :(


(after a few minutes)


sta : eh miss, you know how next time we all die?
mel : yeah huh
sta : we all go to heaven right? and everyone will be praising and worshipping God all the time right?
mel : yeeaa..?
sta : YA SEE?! if i dont practise now how am i gonna perfect the steps when i'm dancing for God next timeeee?!?!?!

i love how my sister says the darndest things, it cracks me up. EVERY SINGLE TIME. :) i realise that maybe you readers won't get the conversations above, but lol. they're all worth blogging about..and i know that one day (when i'm old and wrinkly) i will visit this page again and take an awesome trip down memory lane.


and things will still be the same, sta will still be sta, and i will still be her big sister and love her just as much, if not probably more.
