With heartfelt thanks.

"There is a tide in the affairs of men.
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea are we now afloat,
And we must take the current when it serves,
Or lose our ventures."
-Shakespeare-
After watching the season finale of One Tree Hill (it so totally rocks my world!) I'm reminded of my high school days, in particular Graduation Year.
Happiness, sadness, excitement, joy, jealousy, resentment, forgiveness, togetherness..a plethora of emotions just hit me when i think back on those years.
It seems like school's really the safest place to be. away from the world..away from the realities of life. you're surrounded by your friends, teachers spoonfeed you, you know what you have to do, it's just really straightforward and simple (of course, excluding the horrendously complicated dramas that surface once in a while..ish.).
But to all my Lodgian peers who graduated with me in 2006..Form 5A, B and C. High school wasn't easy. but we made it. =) and now we're scattered all over the world, i just want you to know that you've ALL made a difference in my life. We may not have been close (and i regret it) but you all played a part in my life. So here's a BIG thank you to everyone. for the support and the smiles, the greetings and the laughter, for the challenges and trials..and for the best years of my life.
p.s.
aidan, if you're reading this, there's gonna be an alumni in 6 years RIGHT? =P
p.p.s.
someone pls remind aidan! =)
